Americans are always working and frankly, it’s getting to be too much. With Monster, we decided to speak out on this issue. We created a campaign that targeted the overworked and told them how to find the job they deserve.

Americans are always working. And frankly, it’s getting to be too much. With Monster, we decided to speak out on this issue. We created a campaign that targeted the overworked and let them know it was time to find the job they deserve.

We launched with a film that introduced “ABWA” (Always Be Working).

A mobile projection unit went across the country and put working late in the spotlight, literally.

Innovative media reached the over-worked while they were working late.

Tip videos offered help on navigating the job search process.
